International Orders (Back to top)
International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. The actual shipping charge is queried from the UPS Rate Servers and displayed, so you know the precise cost of your international shipping. Orders to Canada can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Returns / Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs.
UPS calculates shipping cost according to its own parameters, however some times the actual size of your package may exceed those parameters incurring additional shipping costs, in that event we will contact you with any additional shipping costs.

Orders being shipped UPS to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico MUST be shipped either UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air only. Ground service is provides by The United States Post Office.
APO, FPO & P.O. Boxes (Back to top)
Ship through US Postal Service - See chart below for shipping costs. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada.
Orders over $40.00 receive Free Shipping if shipped via UPS Ground to a physical address anywhere in the contiguous United States.
USOUTDOOR.com is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state. Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.

While we do our very best to ensure an accurate inventory for your shopping ease, unfortunately product does sell out. This usually happens when two or more customers order the same item at the same time, before our computer has a chance to update itself. If this happens to your order, you will be notified in a timely manner (usually the same or next day), and we will offer you suggestions on the closest thing available.

It is USOUTDOOR.com standard practice to ship partial orders. Customers will usually be notified on the same day that their partial order is to ship out.

Return and Exchange Qualifications Merchandise must be current, be/arrive undamaged and in new/un-used/un-mounted condition with all tags, manufacturer's packaging, documentation and any/all accessories to receive a full refund. Applicable discounts, specials received and restocking fees may apply.Exemptions:
Climbing equipment, food products, first aid items and swimwear are non-returnable for safety and hygienic reasons. Returned merchandise with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the reason for return/exchange is a shipping error on the part of US Outdoor Store or one of its affiliates you may qualify for pre-paid return shipping. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable. Proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip or reference number) is required for all returns or exchanges.
