We adhere to CDC guidelines. We respect those at risk and recommend exercising social distancing and wearing a mask. We have regular protocols for cleaning/sanitizing. Free Next Day Local Delivery – By Hurry

U.S. Outdoor is excited to offer Free Next Day Delivery in the Greater Portland, Vancouver Metro Area where our store is located. Place your order by 3PM Sunday thru Friday and we will have it delivered the next day. 

Saturday orders may be 2 day. Drop ship/3 party fulfillment (Product descriptions in all capital letters) and some oversize exceptions limitations may apply. We will notify you if applicable.

International Orders (Back to top)

International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. The actual shipping charge is queried from the UPS Rate Servers and displayed, so you know the precise cost of your international shipping. Orders to Canada can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Returns / Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs.

UPS calculates shipping cost according to its own parameters, however some times the actual size of your package may exceed those parameters incurring additional shipping costs, in that event we will contact you with any additional shipping costs.

While we do our very best to ensure an accurate product information and inventory for your shopping ease, unfortunately, product does sell out. During these times, manufacturer, supplier, system, and resource limitations do present unprecedented challenges. A common example of a sold out situation is when two or more customers order the same item at the same time, before our computer has a chance to update itself. We assure you, if a situation does occur, we will contact you as soon as we are able (usually the same or next day), and we will offer the best suggestions and solution possible.

It is standard practice to ship partial orders. Customers will usually be notified on the same day that their partial order is to ship out.

Returns – Simple and Easy Return Policy (Back to top)

U.S. Outdoor is committed to helping serve our customers to the best of our ability. Please also understand we are an independent small business, which can present certain limitations.

Where applicable, we will always help facilitate approval and returns to our manufacturers for repair or replacement.

We apologize, due to COVID 19, customer sensitivities and surrounding circumstances, we are unable to process some returns. In consideration of safety recommendations, unauthorized items sent to our facility will not be able to be processed. This applies retroactively. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Completed return form must be included with all online returns


Return and Exchange Qualifications: Manufacturer, supplier, and third-party supplier circumstances are updating regularly. We at U.S. Outdoor will do our best to facilitate the best solution possible for your situation. In some cases the manufacturer or supplier must approve any action. Please also note our online return policies: A completed return form must be included with returned items to issue refund Items must be received at our headquarters within 30 calendar days of purchase to be eligible for refund. After 30 days beyond the purchase date, we may note be able to offer exchange or returns after this period.


Important reminder: Merchandise that is out of season, sold as part of an end of season sale, and/or purchased on clearance are non-refundable and do not qualify for return.

Special orders: Many suppliers are not operating or the process is under strict guidelines.

The below items are not eligible for return due to health and/or safety issues: Climbing equipment, consumable food products, first aid or personal care items, undergarments, swimwear or similar items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. Returned merchandise that appears to be used or arrives with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. are not eligible for return.

Special Orders not received and cancelable from the manufacturer are eligible for return (We are unable to place Special Orders during COVID-19).Special orders that have been processed are not returnable.


Climbing equipment, food products, first aid items and swimwear are non-returnable for safety and hygienic reasons. Returned merchandise with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. will not be accepted.

Special Orders not received from manufacturer may be able to be returned.

We apologize, special orders processed are not returnable.

All electronics and special purchase promotional items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any "free with purchase" items must be included with the return/exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the reason for return/exchange is a shipping error on the part of US Outdoor Store or one of its affiliates you may qualify for pre-paid return shipping. If you feel that your return/exchange qualifies, please contact us via email or by phone at (503) 223-5937.


Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable. Proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip or reference number) is required for all returns or exchanges. (Please note some card issuers can take up to one full billing cycle for refunds to post to your account)

All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Information Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit SSL encryption. You can see at which point the shopping cart encrypts your information by the little yellow padlock that appears in the lower right corner of your browser.
