Returns / Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs. UPS calculates shipping cost according to its own parameters, however some times the actual size of your package may exceed those parameters incurring additional shipping costs, in that event we will contact you with any additional shipping costs. Climbing equipment, food products, first aid items and swimwear are non-returnable for safety and hygienic reasons. Returned merchandise with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the reason for return/exchange is a shipping error on the part of US Outdoor Store or one of its affiliates you may qualify for pre-paid return shipping.
