Shoulders and elbows are reinforced to protect against abrasion from poles, skis or skates, while underarm vents help you stay cool and comfortable when you begin to heat up on the trail. Other features include two chest pockets and two lower hand pockets for organizing extra gloves, keys, maps and gps plus a handy cinch cord along the hem for blocking out especially icy winds. The North Face Denali is designed to fit comfortably under a shell for ultimate cold weather conditions or it can be worn all alone in the city or the backcountry.

"I like this jacket for the chilly winter days. It's pretty durable and thick. This fleece has a lot of pockets for your stuff which is pretty handy. It's not waterproof though so you need to wear something over it if you plan on being out in the rain. "
