"I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with this boot. As bulky as it looks it is so lightweight compared to the construction boots that I was wearing for inclement weather. That’s not even a fair comparison but it’s all that I owned. Based on other recommendations I went a full size bigger and happy that I listened because there is so much cushioning inside this thing its crazy. It’s very warm and I would love for temps to go down to single digits again so I can really test this out. The traction on the boot is amazing and made me feel very comfortable climbing over mounds of snow and walking through the city streets. It took a while for me to get the boots but weather was bad all across the country so I'll give them a pass on slow delivery. I'd probably have to say that if it’s not really bad weather out and your just dealing with the remnants of a storm then I would switch to a different boot for those days just because its overkill if there isn't a couple of inches on the floor."
