Survived The Colorado!

"The Base Camp duffel is a durable and practical bag for a true Outdoorsman. You can jam a lot of items in the bag and throw it around and it just keeps on going. Just got back from a three week rafting trip on the Colorado River and this bad boy was my go to bag to hold my clothes and supplies for three weeks of river living. Highly recommend!"

"The North Face Base Camp Large Duffel is perfect. This duffle bag can seriously take some punishment. The durable laminate material is definitely put together right. I have had this duffle with me on long weekend rafting trips and it surpassed my expectations. The people at The North Face know what they are doing."
Awesome Tough Bag

"The Base Camp Duffel bag is Awesome!! Sometimes I use it's staps on my shoulders to make for a large backpack. I also use this bag for long fishing trips in Alaska and occasionally for air travel. The bag is rugged and the material is almost bullet proof. The storage space is excellent and for me it has enough space for at least a weeks worth of clothes. Well worth the price in my opinion!"
Just about indestructible...

"I've used this bag for car travel, airplane travel, strapped it to a raft, and lashed it to a pack animal (admittedly, the pack animal was just for kicks), and this bag just keeps going. The material is extremely water resistant and the zippers are bombproof. The webbing daisy chains are easy to attach additional stuff to, and the backpack straps are reasonably comfortable over long distances. The one thing that will ruin this bag? Having it drug across the tarmac at O'Hare (which is why I'm buying my second one)....and even then, there were only small-ish rips in the fabric and some webbing fray. This duffel was built for sadists."

"The base camp duffel takes a lickin' and keeps on ticken. I do a lot of hiking, camping and rafting and I am continually looking for gear bags that are going to hold up to the punishment we dish out on our trips. The Northface base camp duffel has worked perfectly for me on every camping, hiking, and rafting trip I have taken in the last year. 4 stars because IMO the price could be a little lower."
