Swix CH7 Violet 60g Wax is an excellent general purpose wax or pre-wax for snowboards and alpine and cross-country skis. Made of 100% high performance hydrocarbon paraffins, it provides excellent glide and base protection. It is a good base bonding pre-wax for warm or cold waxes applied later, especially when mixed with CH3. Recommended iron temperature is 275 degrees F.
