Just like you would expect from a Japanese feudal lord, the Shogun has a command on everything. The Salomon Shogun is a free ride fatty that does it all. With 350mm of rocker at the front and an extra wide waist, the Shogun floats powder like you wouldn't believe. However, Salomon gave this ski a normal camber under the foot that connects great on groomers. The semi twin tip construction lets you ski backwards and hit the park all day long. Very stable at speed, the Shogun has the Salomon PULSE PAD, which is essentially a vibration assassin. A full word core double is dampening abilities, while bamboo and basalt fiber layers make the Shogun nimble and lively. Salomon also gave this ski double/edgy monocoque construction so you can put down a lot of power in the turns and the ski will hold its edge. All the while, edge armor and total edge reinforcement in the Shogun means that they'll last longer than you will. Ride the Salomon Shogun hard, that's what it was meant for.
