Rossignol S7 Ski - Women's 2012

Description: Rossignol S7 Ski - Women's 2012

Big and beefy, the S7 ski for women has been developed by Rossignol for those who enjoy shedding their inhibitions on the mountain. Nothing was overlooked in the creation of this versatile, high performance powder ski. What with a 50 percent chamber in the center - the result is nothing short of and increase in grip and hold when edge angle is high. On the other hand, at slower speeds when edge angle is low, edge length is shortened so as edge engagement is easier and quicker.

Even further, at extremely low speeds, contact length is reduced creating effortless steering and pivoting potential. Couple that with a spoon tip design where in the tip is wide and raised to maximize float in powder as well as increase the potential for technical riding. With a very short, shallow side cut the S7 ski focuses all the grip and power in the center of the ski which is necessary for high performance maneuverability, while in turn freeing the tip and tail for more liveliness and float in deep powder.

"The Rossignol Super 7 skis are extremely fun. I was able to link shorter turns and bomb at high speed. Swing weight with honey comb was better than in the Quest 115. It feels solid. Didn't have to worry about the ski not performing in all conditions."
