Simple, Easy, and No Hassle Return Policy:
If you're not happy with your purchase from our store simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. All returns & exchanges must be new, unused, and include the entire original manufacturer's packaging. We do not accept returns postmarked after 30 days from delivery date. We request you try on any footwear or clothing indoors before taking off the tags, throwing away the packaging, standing near someone who is smoking, or using it outdoors. If it is a gift, block out the price instead of removing the tags. That's it!
Exemptions: Climbing Equipment, Food, and First Aid Kits are not returnable for your own safety. Bathing suits without the protective strip are also excluded. Do not use the manufacturers packaging as the return box. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable, sorry. Any "free with purchase" items must be included with the return. Refunds will be issued via the same method as original payment within a few days of receiving the return. Return shipping will only be credited if the order received was our error. We only accept items purchased from www.usoutdoor.com, boardcorner.com and intermountaintraders.com.
