That bucket of water would have shed right off the fully-taped seams and Marmot’s waterproof/breathable PreCip coating. Luckily for children and hikers everywhere, Dorothy’s nemesis didn’t know the elastic waist and zippered and snap-cuffed bottoms would have provided her with lightweight protection she could stash in a backpack or cauldron and pull on anytime a Kansas farm girl, or a rain storm, showed up threatening a drenching.
