La Sportiva Miura Climbing Shoes

Description: La Sportiva Miura Climbing Shoes

In the line for over 10 years, the Miura is the perfect tool for performance footwork whether it be on slabs, vertical or overhanging steep rock. The high tensioned slingshot rand is tied into the powerhinge on the sole so that when small edges are weighted the shoe stretches in the back half of the shoe and not in the front. This allows you to stick on the smallest edges you can find or imagine! The multi-paneled lining gives you the perfect fit and the speed lacing system laces up in a cinch.

A superior La Sportiva climbing shoe, the Miura excels at hard rock climbing, power edging, pockets ... pretty much whatever you want to put it through.

  Great shoe!!

REVIEWED BY:    2016-07-01

"Really liking this shoe. This has become my new go to shoe for most climbs. My US street shoe size is 12.5 so some of my running shoes will say euro 47 while others say 46.5. I sized the Miura by LaSportivas recommendations at 45.5 (which was the same as my Tarantulas) and they fit well. Even better after a few multi hour climbing sessions. "

  • Pros: Good Design, Good Grip
  • Best Uses: Indoor, Long Climbs, Outdoor, Multi-Pitch
  • Sizing: Feels True to Size

  Awesome!

REVIEWED BY:    2012-09-15

"I've had, like, six pairs of these shoes. I have found they are great for sport climbing on a wide range of rock types, and they wear pretty darn well, even in the gym. I'm sad to see that La Sportive has seen fit to change the Muira model."

  • Pros: Durable, Good Construction, Good Design, Good Grip, Long Lasting
  • Best Uses: Indoor, Outdoor
  • Sizing: Feels True to Size
  • Describe Yourself: Advanced

  Only shoe for me

REVIEWED BY:    2012-01-10

"This shoe just fits right and does whatever I need it to whether it is multi-pitch crack climbing in Sedona or overhanging Limestone at Priest Draw. If they fit, you probably won't be dissatisfied. "

  • Pros: Durable, comfortable
  • Best Uses: Bouldering, Cracks, Indoor, Long Climbs, Outdoor, Multi-Pitch
  • Sizing: Feels True to Size
  • Describe Yourself: Intermediate
