"This cover works great as a windbreaker. It's not a rain jacket though so you don't want to wear it out in the rain. I keep this in my bag every time I travel so I don't get a nasty sunburn. It rolls up and packs away nicely. The cinch cord around the neck is nice too, it keeps your hood on when your moving around or it's super windy. I throw it on over my tank tops and the material inside isn't scratchy on my skin. It's a great jacket!"
