comfortable and functional
REVIEWED BY: THEONLYPHANT 2013-03-18
"I wore these pants to Whistler, BC for a day of snowboarding and they were very comfortable. I was originally concerned about the high rise part, which comes up to just under my rib cage. It did not constrict my movement at all but rather held the pants up and kept snow out. However, I can see that this might not work for some people who are a little thick in the midsection and this might feel tight for them. The pants are very wind and waterproof, but not to the point that they are not breathable. For alpine temperatures of around -6, it was just right. As for the looks of these pants, they are a slim-ish fit and look quite flattering. The fabric is textured rather than slippery and makes it look more flattering as well."
