Description: Atomic Atlas Ski
Atomic's Atlas Ski is the brand's widest ski, designed specifically for touring in deep powder. It has a powder rocker tip for excellent flotation and turn control in soft snow. Professional skiers, such as freeskier Daron Rahlves, favor this design for heavy powder days. At the same time, the skis have superior edge grip, making them stable even on hard snow. Ti Mega grip transfers energy to the edges of the skis, helping the rider stay locked in.
Specifications of the Atlas include a wide 125 mm waist with 20 mm of shovel rocker. The rocker spans 30 percent of the ski, providing the best float possible. A lightweight wood core ensures that the skis are not overly heavy. The core also cushions hard landings, as do sidewalls made with the brand's triple layer Step Down design. Full underfoot camber ensures superior performance on or off piste. Atomic is known for its top quality ski gear, and serious athletes win events every year while riding Atomic. The Atlas is one of the best wide powder skis available, and it performs great anywhere on the mountain.

"Aside from the old graphic on the Atomic Access it has a lot going for itself. It's a man ski, kind of scary and has a huge turn radius. Really stable and no speed limit. If you want to go fast, this is your best bet right here."
