"I got this boot because of really good reviews I'd seen online. US Outdoor had by far the best price, but they were down to only a few sizes of Womens' boot. Luckily the boot is very unisex and really only differs in the size listing. I'm a 10 1/2 - 11 mens' and the 11 Womens fits me perfect. The appearance makes the boots very versatile too. I wear them hiking, gardening, glassblowing (that insulation works both ways), and even out for the night when I'm going places that call for a boot. And they're invincible, so that's a plus."

"I hike some pretty rough terrain and these boots haven't failed me yet. They are a bit more heavy duty than some of the others and more spendy but totally worth it in my opinion. They are leather (which I love) and form to your foot really nicely. They are water resistant which is #1 most important to me because they will last a long time and keep you dry. I highly recommend these boots to you serious hikers out there. You won't be disappointed. "
